This Chianti Classico red wine is made from hand-picked, selected Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes harvested from mid-September to the beginning of October. The fermentation of the wine takes place in small stainless steel tanks at a sober temperature of less than 27°C. The wine makes a wonderful companion for pleasant conversation and an ideal accompaniment for a meal.
