Information about the Wine:

• The land of my ancestors (1610) but vines and wines were not like a religion for me but it became a passion when I took over the vineyard.
• Eager to carry the history of the estate I decided to preserve the identity of the grand vin de bordeaux of keeping a high proportion of merlot which is the grape variety which fit  the best with my terroir.
• Vintages come and go and never quite the same. This is the magic of a great terroir which is renewed and enriched buy a capricious climate. 
• Each of these years contributes to the history of the Château DALEM.
• There no lesser quality vintages only different vintages.
• Château DALEM style is the alliance an audacious grape variety and an outstanding terroir.
• It is that unique character that comes from the slopes of Fronsac and the highest proportion of  merlot that is always a joy to find in each vintage, year after year .
