Winemaking:
The whole fermentation process is strictly controlled to ensure low-temperature fermentation combined with different cycle methods, and at the same time, all kinds of volatile aroma are greatly retained in the wine, and the maceration time is controlled at the end of fermentation, and the tannic polyphenols in the peel are fully extracted. Oak barrels are used during the aging phase to improve the tannins and enhance the aromatic layers.
Tasting Notes:
This is an extremely dark wine, almost black in colour! The nose is particularly intense and concentrated, with very ripe, almost dried red and black berry aromas, accompanied by a distinctive hint of oak, vanilla and sandalwood. The nose is stunning, and the palate matches the colour and aroma of the wine: the palate is very powerful, full-bodied and very concentrated, with a sense of structure. The tannins fill the mouth and are very fruity.
