Description:
Although French in origin, Merlot is now found amongst typical Friuli grape varieties. It has won esteem for its structure, its ability to age well, for its elegant evolution and personality. When young it is an intense red colour, with age it becomes ruby red, and the vinification creates a fragrant bouquet with delicate scents of blackberries and raspberries.

Serving suggestions:
Excellent with red meats, and roast goose, pheasant and duck
