This blend of Touriga Nacional and Cabernet Sauvignon has been carefully selected from the Quinta da Aguieira vineyards. The grapes, picked separately when their maturation peak is reached, are then carefully transported to the winery where they are submitted to a maceration/fermentation process at controlled temperatures. After ageing in French oak barrels for one year the wine will then age in the bottle for over 12 months.
