A complex blend of several European varieties from the category "vitis vinifera", including the indigenous grape variety Rara Neagra, which is exclusively characteristic for the Republic of Moldova.
This wine is impressive with its intense purple color and transparent accents on the edge of the glass.
The bouquet is rich in forest fruits, blackcurrant, rose hip, blueberries, and cranberries.
The taste is characterized by a pleasant astringency with vigorous tannins, which will allow it to age well in the bottle.
It pairs well with roast or grilled meat and shall be kept in the cellar for further development. It is recommended to be served at a temperature of +15°C +17°C.
