- Helan Mountain Xiao Feng Dry Red Wine showcases our vineyards located on the East Slope of the renowned sub-region of Ningxia, Helan Mountain. It is Chinese protected geographical indication product. Our vineyard was established in 1997. The excellent climate of generous sunshine, unique soils and water together with our experienced winemakers delivers an elegantly crafted wine. Only 12000 bottles were produced in vintage 2010.
- This beautiful wine has a deep ruby colour with a hint of purple. The intense blackcurrant, blackberry and spice aroma is accompanied with hints of rich coffee and mocha oak.
- Helan Mountain Xiao Feng Dry Red Wine is blended by 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot and aged for more than 20 months in French oak barrels.
- It has a rich full bodied, smooth tannin finish. We recommend partnering this wine with red meat dishes such as lamb and duck.
