This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Cinsault and Grenache is made from the fruit of a single Bekaa Valley vineyard around 50 years old near the village of Aana. It is made with an additional portion of Grenache, and 6 to 9 months in Nevers oak barrels. The wine tastes riper, fruitier and more forward in style. This wine serves well with grilled red meats, especially lamb dishes, Moroccan tagines dishes, casseroles and Lebanese mezze dishes.
