TYPE OF LAND
The land on which the vineyard subsists is of medium consistency with a high proportion of clay- limestone content; found at an altitude between 200 and 260 meters below sea level, exposed towards east/south-east.

TRAINING SYSTEM

• Espalier with Guyot pruning.

PLANTING DENSITY

• 5500 vines per hectare.

GRAPE HARVESTING

• Took place during the first fifteen days of September.
• Rigorously carried out by hand and placed in small crates weighing 12, kg each.

WINE-MAKING

• The selection of the grapes is done by hand on long sorting tables.
• The grapes fall into conical oak vats: and without temperature management or the addition of selected yeasts the must concludes the process of fermentation and continues to macerate on the skins for approximately one month.

AGING

• The wine evolves on its fine lees for 12 months in French oak barrels and ages in glass for 6 months.

• 13, 5% vol.

• 6 bottles placed flat in a box .
