Vinification: maceration for 10 days in stainless steel tanks, with repeated immersion of the mash cap. During this time almost the whole alcoholic fermentation takes place and malolatic fermentation begins.
Ageing: 12 months in barriques which are new or used for the second time.
Characteristics: ruby red with purple glints. An intense aroma with hints of marasca cherry, black cherry, plums and violets together with a vanilla and slightly herbaceous background. In the mouth a good structure combines with notable freshness.
