The Nero d’Avola grapes (100%) are grown at 50 meters above sea level in the Baroni Estate in Noto (Sr).
Only perfect grapes are picked at their correct time of ripeness.
The maturation in oak barrels and, later, in bottles takes 18 months.
Red color with violet flashes, this noble wine has a red fruit and vanilla aroma.
On the palate it is full bodied and complex.
