Tempranillo are handpicked on the first or second week of October.
Merlot are handpicked on the first week of September.
Shyraz are handpicked on the first week of October.
30% of the juice was fermented in French oak vats while the remainder went into steel vats.
Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrel.
This dry red wine features a cherry red color with light ruby hues.
Ripe black berry fruits and plums aromas with hints of chocolate and oak.
Appealing fruity flavors with velvety tannins at the finish.
Compliments red meat dishes brilliantly, from char-grilled burgers to sirloin steak.
Ready to drink now and will keep well for up to 5 years.
Serve at a temperature between 14 to 15 degrees for best results.
