Made from selected Aragonez, Trincadeira and Castelão grapes, this exclusive red wine has gone through de-stemming and vinification in stainless steel vats, with pumping-over and controlled fermentation temperature of 28-30ºC with sustained fermentation on skins. The wine showcases a clean, intense garnet color with complex bouquet. It feels smooth in the mouth yet has a yet slightly astringent body, neatness and good structure.
- The fermentation, with selected yeasts, last for 5 to 7 days, followed by a period of maceration with malolactic fermentation.
- The wine spent one year in stainless steel vats and 6 month in bottle.
