This wine is made of Nero d’Avola grapes (50%), grown at 50 metres above sea level in the Baroni Estate in Noto (Sr), and Merlot ones (50%), grown at 650 metres above sea level in the Pianetto Estate in Santa Cristina Gela (Pa).
It is matured for 12 months in French Allier oak barrels and for 12 months in bottles.
Ruby color, it is concentrated with pungent aromas of fruit and red berries, followed by vanilla and spices. On the palate it is intense with a very long length.
