100%Cabernet Sauvignon.
Aged for 24 months in 100% new French oak barrels.
Enticing nose of blackcurrant and dark berry characters with a touch of toast.
Very expressive and intense with a lovely concentration of pure, supple dark fruits with good acidity and firm tannins.
Smooth and elegant with impeccable balance capturing the essence of Ningxia.
Released in magnum bottles only; limited to 1000 bottles.
Good to match with lamb stew.
