Grapes: 100% Teroldego (Trentino local grape variety).
Vineyard location: The vineyards are located in the most suitable terrain for this variety, considered the “Prince” of Trentino.
Soil type: Alluvial landfill, highly fertile surface, well-drained under soil.
Vine training system: Guyot and Trentino pergola.
Vinification: Grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The fermentation consists of 10-15 day maceration at controlled temperature (26-28 °C). The wine is aged in steel for about 15 months. Then, further ageing in the bottle.
Characteristics: Intense ruby red colour. Intense, fruity, with raspberry and redcurrant hints, refined on the nose. Dry, firm, good tannin and sapidity.
As accompaniment: Game dishes, mixed grill, veal stew, matured cheese and local salami.
