Made from 50% Tempranillo and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this Spanish red wine is macerated for 14 days at a controlled temperature before fermentation. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in new American oak barrels and another 12 months in bottles. The red wine showcases a deep ruby color with vivid tones. The smooth and full-bodied wine pairs well with spicy dishes, cured cheese and stuffed meat.
