Harvest: hand-picked in mid April. Elaboration process: 8 days of fermentation at 24 °C - 26 °C, followed by 7 days of maceration after fermentation. Ageing: 6 months in French oak barrels, followed by at least 6 months in bottle. TASTING NOTES It is an intense red violet wine, both clean and bright. In nose, it displays notes of black fruits and spices. In mouth, it is both broad and balanced with a pleasant and durable finish.
