Vinification: Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature in modern stainless steel fermentation vats, and matured in oak barrels for 12 months. After bottling, the wine undergoes controlled aging for at least 3 months. A portion of the bottles are held for maturation collections of 2, 5 and 10 years.
Color: Purplish-ruby, intensely colored, with pink highlights and shine.
Aroma: A vivid aroma of ripe black berries and fruits: liquor shades of plums, blackberries, cherries and black currants are interwoven with tones of coriander, sweet spices and olives.
Taste: The foreground is filled with the ripeness of sweet fruit and the piquancy of spices, especially pepper. Grainy tannins, yet to be fully softened, and a fresh aftertaste with ripe fruit undertones.
