Apart from the Guangdong warehouse, we also have warehouse located in the US and the UK. So delivery and return time may vary by country. Shipping and return time will be shorter for customers who lived in the US or the UK.
Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item.
If you found any part of the received item damaged, please contact us and attach any pictures you have of the damage within 7 days from the day you received the item. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query. We will bear the cost of delivery for replacing the item or refund. Please note that any issue related to damage problem will not be processed without contact us in 7 days.
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes, do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our upmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience.
We will review each case individually when considering the return of the product; in some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product if you contact us in 7 days, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
For size issue, customer can have free exchange once per item, but you have to bear the cost of returning the item, and the second flight of sending the item to you. We will send you another size of item after receiving the returned parcel. And the returned item must be in original condition.
