The wine was fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve the light and delicate fruit and floral flavours. It went through a partial malolactic fermentation and we bottled it in the early spring of 2014.
This wine features a bouquet of fresh cantaloupe melon and pear. The mouth feel is crisp and dry with rich stone fruit flavours and a nice smooth finish.
The perfect accompaniment to this wine is seafood pasta, savoury pork and poultry dishes. Also try this wine with a cheese plate featuring smoked cheddars and blue cheeses.
