1. Refund/ exchange for wrong or missing products
   
   VICACCI can only exchange the same value of other Vicacci’s merchandises. The purchased products can be replaced for new one that may be due to VICACCI, such as when the products do not have the promised essential characteristics or have manufacturing defects or they have been erroneously delivered.
    
2. Full refund/ exchange for product defeats 
   
   Full refund for no product received in our default delivery time. A product can only be exchanged one time upon presentation of sales memo within 7 days of purchase. Shipping cost is for customer’s account. No exchange on merchandise that has been used, damaged or altered. Items sold on sales or special discount are non-exchangeable. In case of disputes, Vicacci reserves the final right of decision.
