Directions:

Roll hair on rods according to the curliness and style you like. Apply No. 1 Permanent Wave Perming Lotion onto rods evenly. Leave on for 20-30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water with the rods on. Towel dry hair and rods. Then apply No. 2 Permanent Wave Neutralizer onto rods. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. Remove rods and rinse thoroughly. Finish with Fanitsu Intensive Hair Treatment Cream for best results.
