IMAG Agave Powder is a sugar alter­native in powder form made from organic agave syrup and organic corn maltodextrin. lt is commonly used in bakery, beverages, sweets/candy and fruit preparations (jams, marmalades, etc.) This is a low-cost alternative to other forms of agave syrup without impacting flavor and quality. 

lt has the same key benefits and can be used in the same applications as for the crystallized agave syrup pre­viously mentioned.
