Tasting notes
Visually it offers a really shining appearance, pale yellow color with expressive greenish reflections. It has an intense fruit flavour with memories of apple compote, peach and pear syrup which are perfectly combined with slightly floral nuances whose origins are balsamic. Very elegant on the palate, his greasiness and creamy notes are a consequence of his lees. Very good acidity typical from the Albariño's grape with a very long and persisting ending.
