Tasting notes
A careful selection of grapes compound this wine which stays 4 months in his lees in order to optimize the characteristics of the Albariño grape and the character of the vineyards. Visually, it offers a really shining appearance and pale yellow color with expressive gold reflections. It has an intense and complex aroma with memories of
green apple, citrus and hints of white flowers, all over a mineral background and terpenic nuances of enormous tipicity. Very elegant on the palate, its wellbalanced acidity, typical from the Albariño's grape, provides a long, persisting and unforgettable ending.
