Vinification Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, with aging for 12 months in oak barrels and minimum 3 months in the bottle.
Tasting notes Dark ruby colour. Bright varietal aroma with tones of ripe black currants, blueberries,leather, and light spiciness, as well as the tones of dried balsamic herbs typical of the wines of the steppes of western Crimea. Full fresh fruity taste, with velvety astringency, and an aftertaste marked by the notes of fresh-ground black pepper which are typical of the Alma terroir.
Potential Ready to drink, but recommended for further aging of 5 or more years.
