Vinification Fermentation at controlled temperature in both stainless steel and oak tanks, with partial aging in oak barrels.
Tasting notes Ruby colour. Rich harmonic varietal aroma, with tones of violets, ripe sour cherries, sour-cherry jam, balsamic herbs, leather. Spicy fruity taste, with velvety tannic texture, full body which shows the southern origins of this Pinot Noir, and a long aftertaste marked by a light pepper note of the terroir.
Potential Ready to drink, but will have interesting development with further aging of 3-5 years.
