- Vinification Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, with aging for 12 months in oak barrels and minimum 3 months in the bottle.
- Tasting notes Dark ruby colour. Rich harmonic varietal aroma, with tones of violets, black currants, balsamic herbs, chocolate, leather, light spiciness, and a gentle creamy note. Full spicy fruity taste, with refreshing acidity and velvety tannins, and a long aftertaste marked by a light pepper note of the terroir.
