The Amplius Pinot Grigio is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes and displays a straw yellow color with coppery highlights in the glass. The nose is immediately intense of fresh rennet apple, green melon and tangerine. The palate is generous, full-bodied, with vibrant resonance of bread crust. The wine is excellent to accompany fish soups, first courses with shell-fish or main courses composed of fish.
