Bodegas Tavasa produces wines marked by varieties shaped by the land that has given birth. The wines selected reflect climatic and soil characteristics of each vineyard and vintage transmiting the organoleptic characteristics of the different varieties used . These wines is marked by the imprint of man on the field and in the cellar. At Bodegas Tavasa, growers, winemakers and winery devote all his attention, his knowledge and
enthusiasm.
Bodegas Tavasa, to ensure consistent quality and stable controls the vegetative cycle of
the vines in the vineyards selected. Dedicating special attention to control the quantity of grapes in each strain and the determination of the date of harvest. Most of the vines are
planted with conduction system called "trellis”

Our winemakers produce varietal wines in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and then separately in barrels of an age not exceeding four years.
The "Blend" (or assembly) is performed once
reared apart varietal wines, either in tank or barrel, in order to complement the visual characteristics, aromatic, sapid and structural varietal wines selected.
