On the palate it is rich ripe, and round and supple with spicy red cherries, dired peach and apricot with a raspberry jam, mineral finish. Quite sweet but nicely balanced with good acidity. Attractive and fresh. Enjoy this wine with strawberry ice cream, chocolate cake or cherry pie.
