TASTING
ROBE
Pale golden robe with beautiful, sparkling highlights. Persistent streams of bubbles that bring out their finesse.
NOSE
Vivacious and expressive, evoking fresh fruit, white peaches and citrus fruits. A very crisp, lively champagne promising a beautifully light mouthfeel.
MOUTH
The attack is sincere and complex with a supple finish and full-bodied fruity aromas revealed by the mainly Pinot Noir blend. The structure of this champagne is refreshing whilst still indulgent making it the ideal companion for champagnebuffets and cocktails. Also pairs well with fish.
