Production Area: Morro d'Oro and Notaresco in the province of Teramo. Vineyards have an east/southeast exposure and average altitude of 300 meters a. s. I. Lightly gravel calcareous clay soils.
Harvest: Second half of August.
Vinification: Crushing and destemming are followed by soft pressing followed by cold stabilization and primary fermentation. A short secondary fermentation in tank generates the bubbles and preserves the wine's bright fruit aromas.
Tasting Notes: The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles, On the palate if offers delicate with hints of golden apple, pineapple and banana with bright effervescence and fresh acidity.
Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif. It goes well with fish, preferring delicate dishes.
Alcohol Content: 12%.
