The Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon were imported from France. They actually become quite acclimatized.
It is a wine that is born aristocratic, full, well bodied, dry. If the Cabernet Franc is present there will be herbaceous notes. The color is intense ruby red, especially when the maceration of the grapes goes on for a long time. The acidity is high at first and it is rich in tannin. It is therefore a wine apt to be aged. With time the herbaceous notes, if ever present, are lost, and it becomes refined, elegant, and the reflection turn to the gold. The complex bouquet becomes enthralling.
