WINEMAKING: 30% of the Chardonnay aged 2 years in burgundy oak barrels. Ageing on lees: 5 years - Malolactic Fermentation. The homemade liqueur used for the dosage is produced with our Chardonnay Grands Crus vinified in oak barrels. It provides to this champagne a luxury twist !
