This 2010 Chardonnay white wine is produced from grapes collected in boxes in the first decade of September. The grapes are pressed with protection from oxidation and fermentation at low temperatures for about 2 weeks. The light golden wine gives aromas of tropical fruits with noticeable pineapple notes.
