It is fermented with 100% free run juice without oak barrels processing for keeping chardonnay’s character . Clear yellow-green in color and rich in peach and lemon aromas. slightly sweet , good acidity that makes fresh and clean flavor.
Food suggestion: suitable with seafood ,such as shrimp, crab ,fish and the dishes with taste close to these or pairing with Sichuan spicy dishes.
 
Background: This is our only semi-dry wine with high alcohol which was filled after more than four years .Actually the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008 didn’t destroy our vineyard .It just brought huge life changes and profound memory to us. This semi-dry wine with natural formed 13.8% vol is not our original intention. But it reflected chardonnay’s rare quality in Mengtun river’s small wine region again. Please appreciate the wine with rare quality in such special year.
