The Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva 2008 is produced in 2008, which is one of the excellent years for wine-making. The wine is made from the best pressing of the Sangiovese grapes from the Vigna Alta of Nittardi. It is vinified separately and aged in young French oak barrels for a period of at least 24 months, which influences the fine quality of the wine.
