A. Product Description:
- Made out of “fresh and newly harvested pure coconut nectar or sap”.
- Processed naturally through evaporation.
- Do not contain preservatives, additives and adulterants.
- Pleasant fruity-caramel sweetness with a distinct coconut flavor and aroma.
- Brown in color.
- Moisture Content: 1.6%.
- 100% organic and raw coconut sap grown.
- Excellent with drinks and baked goods
- Can substitute sweeteners for food products that have a high glycemic index.
- Evaporation or boiling of coconut sap using open pan vessel for about 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the sap volume until it becomes light and sticky.
- It is then transferred to another open pan vessel with a controlled heat temperature burner and goes through a continuous evaporation process until it becomes syrup.
- It is lightly cooled down and hot filled into sterilized containers.
- 6.5 liters of sap is required to produce 1 liter of coconut nectar syrup.
