E. Production Process:
Evaporation or boiling of coconut sap using open pan vessel for about 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the sap volume until it becomes light and sticky.
It is then transferred to another open pan vessel with a controlled heat temperature burner and goes through a continuous evaporation process until it becomes syrup.
It is lightly cooled down and hot filled into sterilized containers.
6.5 liters of sap is required to produce 1 liter of coconut nectar syrup.
