Our premium coconut sugar granules are brown in colour, have a taste similar to raw sugar with delicate hints of caramel, have a pleasant rich aroma, feel soft and melt easily in the mouth. It has low glycemic index (GI) of 35, compared to that of white sugar’s 60 and brown sugar’s 64, produces a slow release of energy throughout the day.
