Production Area: Morro d'Oro and Notaresco in the province of Teramo. Vin Vineyards have a south/southeast exposure and average altitude of 300 meters a. s. 1. Lightly alkaline clay soils.
Harvest: Half of October.
Vinification: The selected grapes are minified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with maceration on the skins for about 20 days. After racking, the wine completes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and is aged in 50 HI. oak barrels for 12 months followed by 6 months of bottle aging.
Tasting Notes: The color is a deep ruby red. On the nose it offers intense and complex hints of plums and dark fruits, violet and delicate spiciness with a hint of vanilla and cloves. The taste is full and harmonious with velvety tannins and a persistent finish.
Food Pairing: First courses based on red meat, second courses based on grilled meat. Aging cheeses.
Alcohol Content: 13.5%.
