This is a bottle of Touriga Nacional with lifted violet and dark berry fruit aromas with an elegantly intense and long palate. Best known as one of the 5 main varieties used for Port wine, this grape varietal is harvested further south here in Alentejo and its fruits developed a highly floral and aromatic character. It is a low producer, with both small bunches and berries.
