- The Croze Cabernet Sauvignon, Rutherford displays classic Rutherford notes with a dusty elegance and complexity. This wine is rich with a balance of red and dark fruit character along with all the earth aroma’s that make Rutherford such a special place for cabernet. The aromas are reminiscent of an early morning stroll through a briary blackberry patch. On the finish there are spice notes of licorice and anise with a subtle cigar box charm. With firm but subtle tannins, this is approachable now, but will age gracefully for many years.
