Information about the Wine:
"Les Sarres " is a single vineyard, a terroir of grey marls, blessed for great white wines. Rational and sustainable vineyard management. Hand harvested. Spontaneous fermentations .
The whole vinification takes place into French oak barrels, most of them are 5 to 8 wines old (neutral). 20% of more recent barrels. No new oak. Aged 18 months on the lees.
