Dry Sack Fino is produced using the first gravity pressing of the Palomino grape variety.
The Sherry is ‘biologically’ aged under “Flor,” a naturally occurring layer of yeast for over 5 years.
Pale straw in colour, with bright golden undertones. Very crisp aroma. Pungent yeasty almond like nose. Very dry and light on the palate.
Always serve chilled. Ideal with “tapas”, soups, sea food, fish, ham (serrano) sushi, and mild cheese.
