- Dry Sack Fino is produced using the first gravity pressing of the Palomino grape variety.
- The Sherry is ‘biologically’ aged under “Flor,” a naturally occurring layer of yeast for over 5 years.
- Pale straw in colour, with bright golden undertones. Very crisp aroma. Pungent yeasty almond like nose. Very dry and light on the palate.
- Always serve chilled. Ideal with “tapas”, soups, sea food, fish, ham (serrano) sushi, and mild cheese.
