The DN100 vacuum valve is suitable for high-purity gases such as HF etc., with a right angle structure, the valve body is made of 316L forgings and sealed with metal bellows; By using a high-precision motor transmission mechanism and a specially developed intelligent controller, precise control of the pressure and flow behind the valve can be achieved.
