Gives beautifully balanced flavor with flourishing aroma.
Rice is carefully polished in-house and stored in bottles manually heated by hot water for disinfection.
Fermenting sake is kept in refrigerator and handled with best quality management.
Received the Silver Award in International Wine Challenge 2011.
Great to be enjoyed on its own or with any type of food.
