Grapes are picked by hand from late September to early October.
Fermented at a temperature between 25 to 28 degrees.
This dry red wine features a ruby red color.
Fruity aromas of cherry and plum with floral hints and a twist of spicy black pepper.
Fresh and fruity flavors with a harmonious balance of acidity and tannins.
Pair well with full-flavoured dishes like meaty pasta dishes or mature hard cheeses.
Keep well for up to 3 years if stored in a cool, dark spot, on its side.
Serve at a temperature between 16 to 18 degrees for best results.
