【使用方法/Usage】 取本品2-3g塗於疼痛部位，輕揉按摩至完全吸收，直到感覺溫熱即可。使用前熱敷不適部位，效果更佳。
Take 2-3g of the product and apply it to the area experiencing pain or discomfort. Gently massage until the cream is absorbed into the skin. Continue massaging until the skin feels warm. Warming the area of pain and discomfort with warm towels or heating pads before applying would help increase the effectiveness.
